 ◆產品基本特征 Product features

噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、該機選擇單級吸塵，第一個級選擇風暴轉移器，第二種級用油濾式吸塵設計，其總吸塵熱效率可達到99.99%以下；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各系統電控機裝置選擇互鎖調節，當這當中一系統突然出現出現故障時，有關系系統均關閉程序業務業務，噴槍關閉程序業務噴涌；

8、房體使用產品裝飾工程設置，油漆顏色簡約、美觀大氣、要求，消除噪音郊果好，且裝配便民。
